SUPPORTED FROM THE START

As soon as you submit your application, you’ll have all the information you need to ensure we’re the right fit for you. Our recruitment team are on hand to support you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have. Then as soon as you accept your job offer, we put you in touch with an appointed manager at your centre to help get you ready to start.

VALUES BASED RECRUITMENT

We don’t look for previous experience in the industry, outdoor activity qualifications or outdoor recreational hobbies in our candidates.

What we want are people who are aligned with who we are and what we do. We are looking for people who are resilient and driven to develop themselves and always work to better the experience for our customers. We want people who see their responsibility as an employee owner and strive to contribute to the success of our company. We are looking for people with a passion and experience working with groups of children and want to prioritise their fun and development during every shift.

If this sounds like you, we cannot wait to see your application!
