INSPIRE THE FUTURE
Having the passion and drive to develop every child as both an individual and as part of a team is essential to a career at Robinwood. It is the foundation of what we do and why we all jump out of bed each morning.
Working with the schools and their objectives, we tool you up to adapt to any development requirements that come our way. From tailoring an activity to meet the educational needs of a group to knowing exactly how to bring about an improvement of cooperation over three days; we develop you into a customer-focussed, key skills expert.
DELIVER FUN
We’ve spent years perfecting what we call the Ultimate Timetable. It’s a fast-paced, action-packed schedule featuring 15 brilliant activities across the 3 days. For you, that means an environment where you are always moving, learning, and engaging. One minute you’re coaching a child to hit gold on the archery range, the next you’re cheering them down the zip wire or running our legendary Piranha Pool. It’s high energy, incredibly rewarding, and a whole lot of fun.
We’ve identified 12 key qualities that our carefully planned activities help develop. Through high levels of participation and joyful experiences, we aim to unlock each child’s potential, boosting their confidence, resilience, teamwork, and more.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
The ability to build relationships is incredibly important to the success of the company. Over 90% of schools who attend rebook for the following year. This is largely due to how our staff team have interacted with the children, the visiting adults and the other Robinwood staff over the three days.
“All the staff our children and own staff interacted with were extremely friendly, polite, professional and helpful whether this was at night, mealtimes, cleaning staff or anyone helping to put helmets and harnesses on. The staff at Robinwood are one of the reasons we keep coming back. You can tell there is a real ‘family’ feeling and that they are proud of the work they do and proud to work at Robinwood.”
