It means an external team visited our centres, interviewed our staff, and officially recognised that Robinwood is a place where people genuinely thrive. A FAIR DEAL, ALWAYS
We believe that everyone should be able to afford to do the job they want to do. That is why we strive to be able to make our staff pay the fairest we can within the market we operate in. Being Real Living Wage accredited aligns with our employee-owned culture and this accreditation is a promise to pay our staff a fair wage based on the current cost of living at that time, and with it we are held accountable through the Living Wage Foundation.
A CONSISTENT POSITIVE IMPACT
We know what we do is of the highest quality. That our ongoing training and assessment framework ensures that we consistently deliver this. We work with The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom, a national charity who are committed to creating more opportunities for children to have developmental experiences outside of the school environment. They challenge and support to us to deliver the best courses possible. This accreditation demonstrates to our staff that we are fully dedicated to making a positive impact on every school that visits.
