At Robinwood, every trip is designed to be more than just fun, it’s a chance for children to grow. Our mission is to provide each child with an unforgettable adventure that builds important life skills they’ll carry with them into the classroom and beyond.

We’ve identified 12 key qualities that our carefully planned activities and expert team help develop. Through high levels of participation and joyful experiences, we aim to unlock each child’s potential, boosting their confidence, resilience, teamwork, and more.

You Set the Focus

It is important to us that your course focuses on your priorities, which is why you decide the level of emphasis your Group Leaders place on the qualities we develop during your trip.
As you prepare for your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Assign a specific Quality to each child for their Group Leader to focus on during the trip.

Select two Qualities for each activity group to develop together across the three-day course.

Work with you to incorporate your school’s visions and values.

This personalised approach ensures that every child and every group grows in the ways that matter most to you.

Learning Together, Growing Together

Our support doesn’t stop at the activities. Throughout the trip, we provide resources, on and off the course, to help children reflect on their development. From reviewing tools to resources incorporated into the activity, our ‘Qualities We Develop’ provision works seamlessly with our ultimate timetable.

Our Group Leaders create a safe space for children to really learn how to work together to achieve individual and group goals. We encourage them to self-evaluate, peer review and praise the progress in others, all while having lots of fun and making countless memories together.
