Instructor Staff Training

Successful applicants complete a four week induction training programme.

Throughout their employment with Robinwood our staff have the opportunity to gain a wide range of national governing body awards, progressing through to higher levels of qualification for climbing, canoeing, hill walking and other activities.

All staff are qualified in first aid and some senior staff have progressed to become qualified first aid trainers. Robinwood staff have the opportunity to do courses ranging from Open University management courses to PCV minibus driving courses.

Our commitment to the training and development of all of our staff team resulted in us achieving the "Investors in People" Award. We then progressed to become the overall national winners of the Investors in People, National Training Award for a small business.
