Assessment
New staff undergo a probationary period lasting for a season, which includes intensive assessment of their activity sessions. Individual feedback on ways to improve their performance is given including additional training opportunities.
The system of individual assessment and feedback continues for all staff throughout their time at Robinwood , in order that everyone is continually striving to improve their performance. Training and development opportunities are also made available to all staff, at all times. Our instructors hold nationally recognised qualifications where relevant qualifications exist.
I was delighted with the size of the site, the close proximity of the activities and the fact that leaders stayed with us for the 3 days. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
