Assessment
New staff undergo a probationary period lasting for a season, which includes intensive assessment of their activity sessions. Individual feedback on ways to improve their performance is given including additional training opportunities.
The system of individual assessment and feedback continues for all staff throughout their time at Robinwood , in order that everyone is continually striving to improve their performance. Training and development opportunities are also made available to all staff, at all times. Our instructors hold nationally recognised qualifications where relevant qualifications exist.
Although I have accompanied many school groups on residential trips, this was my first visit to Robinwood. It was so much more than I expected. The children whether confident or more reticent absolutely the loved the whole three days. The organisation, the activities, the personnel, the catering were all just fantastic ! Thankyou.
