Who are we looking for
If you are interested in working with 8 to11 year olds and can offer a child centred approach, giving your group a safe, positive experience that they will enjoy and remember, then we're very interested to hear from you. If you're ready to work hard and committed to doing an excellent all round job, whilst having fun and enjoying the whole experience yourself, then we hope to receive an application from you.
We're keen to receive applications not only from staff who already hold recognised qualifications, but also from those with relevant experience, enthusiasm and personal qualities who don't yet have qualifications to support this. The comprehensive nature of our training means that we are happy to receive applications from staff with only limited outdoor pursuits experience, but who have good experience and skills working with children in other environments.
We cannot praise Robinwood staff and setup highly enough. We have now been to all three sites twice and had the same excellent standard of care and attention to detail at all three sites. My personal favourite site is Dobroyd Castle. We have been to other outdoor activity centres and Robinwood is by far the best. Thank you again for making our stay safe and successful.
