At Robinwood we are always striving for excellence in the courses that we offer to schools and we recognize that our centre based staff team are central to achieving this excellence. We are happy to reward every member of the instructor team based on their performance each season as follows:
Working long days when supervising a 3 day course means that staff get a lot of days off over the course of the season. Robinwood group leaders and course leaders get an average of at least three days off per week. Staff will also have the opportunity to request and be given specific days off, subject to general timetable constraints.
Robinwood also ensure that the timetable of days off for each season (ie. typically the next 4 months) is notified to staff within the first week of the season.
All instructor team staff get one week of paid holiday for every two months that they are employed, which amounts to 6 weeks paid holiday a year.
This was the best school visit I have been on – I have done 20 residentials over 23 years.
