Everyone starts off as an activity group leader. Within the Robinwood instructor team staff we promote from within, which means that everyone starts work as a group leader. We only run 3 day activity courses for junior school age group, there are certain values which are central to the success of these courses as expressed within our company mission statements.
The best way to really understand and deliver a Robinwood course is to work as a group leader and that is why everyone who would like to work as a member of the Robinwood instructor staff team needs to start work as a group leader.
For committed staff with the right qualities there are opportunities for rapid promotion and good career prospects. Many people have been promoted to Course Leader within their first year and some have gone on to be promoted to Assistant Manager in their second year.
This was our first experience at Robinwood and all teachers and children had a fantastic time and could not stop talking about it when they returned to school. We had such a fun time that we can't wait to return next year! We saw so many different sides to our children while there, the bossy child become a team member, the shy child participating actively in everything, the less confident children laughing and smiling - super work by all staff.
