You will have every opportunity to show our management team the qualities you have to offer and course leader positions become available 3 times a year, at the start of each season.
All course leaders take charge of Robinwood courses on a day to day basis. They can also take on special areas of responsibility subject to individual strengths and interests.
Assistant managers are typically line manager for a group of up to 10 group leaders and course leaders. The training and development of staff within their line management team is a key responsibility of assistant managers.
Additional responsibilities also include delivering staff training, doing staff activity session assessments and a variety of development work during the closed season.
