Personal Information Forms
A personal information form needs to be completed for each child attending Robinwood. The forms will be distributed to parents/guardians by the school/party leader. Personal information forms need to be completed and returned to the party leader in order that they can post them to Robinwood to arrive at least 2 weeks before the course takes place.
We ask for personal information forms to be completed in order that we are in better position at Robinwood to give the best possible care to each child that attends.
Information given on personal information forms is always treated as confidential. We ask for medical information, dietary details and other general information that is relevant for the course that the children are taking part.
Please give as much relevant information on this form as you can, particularly if your child has any special needs or requirements. If we are told in advance we can cater for most things. If there isn't enough room on the form for the information you would like to give, please feel free to attach additional information.
All the staff we came into contact with were amazing - welcoming, supportive and fun. Dobroyd Castle was beautiful - and has been well planned to be perfectly set up yet retaining its beauty. It was very clean at all times! Activities were safe, exciting, challenging and the course had so many things yet nothing felt rushed or too little time spent on it - how you do it i have no idea! There were so many people, RW staff and other children, yet at no time did it feel over crowded or that we were unimportant. It was as if we were the only school there! Thank you so much from someone who was beyond apprehensive about coming for the first time! Thanks again - an all round perfect visit !
