During Spring 2008 the Customer Service Network (CSN) contacted primary schools to ask them how they felt about residential activity courses they had attended. Through a combination of email and telephone surveys a total of 210 responses were generated.
Schools were asked how they felt about specific aspects of the residential activity courses they had taken, with different course providers. Teachers were asked whether they would describe themselves as; Delighted or Satisfied or Neutral or Dissatisfied or Very Dissatisfied. Teachers were most delighted with Robinwood.

97% of those who went to Robinwood said "delighted"
68% of those of who went to other centres said "delighted"
"How did you feel about the Staff?"
97% of those who went to Robinwood said "delighted"
62% of those who went to other centres said "delighted"
"How did you feel about the activity programme?"
96% of those who went to Robinwood said "delighted"
63% of those who went to other centres said "delighted"
"How did you feel about the extent to which the course met your requirements?"
95% of those who went to Robinwood said "delighted"
55% of those who went to other centres said "delighted"
"How did you feel about the value for money?"
72% of those who went to Robinwood said "delighted"
52% of those who went to other centres said "delighted"
"How do you feel about the course overall?"
97% of those who went to Robinwood said "delighted"
60% of those who went to other centres said "delighted"
In response to all other questions, Robinwood achieved a percentage delighted score of 95% or more.
